About this Website
Those of us who work at Simon Passanante commonly approach our work with heightened energy and intensity. We set out to create a website that turned the firm “inside-out,” to show others what goes on at the firm and how we approach our profession. We’ve attempted to give this experience to website users through the use of multimedia and integrated blogs.
At its launch (in June 2007), this site housed more than 200 videos amounting to approximately 9 hours total run time. Our intent is to continually add to this content. For our full Site Map, click here.
This web site has been a joint effort by everyone at Simon Passanante. Truly, everyone contributed. We’ve constructed a video-rich source of information about the services provided by the attorneys and staff of Simon Passanante. We want our visitors to feel as though they know us after visiting our site.

Erich Vieth had primary responsibility for riding herd over the many other people who contributed their information and ideas to this site. He conducted all of the video interviews. He also did much of the writing, photography and photo editing, as well as considerable amounts of the video editing. If you notice any technical problems with this site, feel free to send him an email at evieth@simonpassanante.com.
Nick Smith of nicksmithdesign is the designer of this website. Without Nick’s creative insistence, we would not have known to put in the extra work to create a dynamic site filled with video and integrated blogs.
Geri Dreiling assisted us with much of the writing you’ll find at this site. She also provided many suggestions for enhancing the presentation of our ideas. A special thanks, as well, to John Campbell and Alicia Campbell, who also provided significant amounts of the writing you’ll find at this site.
Lisa Wineteer also wore several hats. Lisa was our videographer for most of the interviews, as well as our still photographer for many of the informal portraits. Lisa worked long tedious hours making the numerous initial edits to the video interviews. The video-editing was expedited thanks to court reporter Traci Butz, who created transcripts of each of the videos.
