Diane M. Andrew

Diane M. Andrew was born in St. Louis, Missouri. She received her undergraduate degree from Sophie Newcomb College of Tulane University in 1981. She attended Washington University School of Law and graduated in 1984. While in law school, Diane was selected to become a National Member of the Order of Barristers – having exhibited excellence and having attained high honor through the art of courtroom advocacy.
Her areas of practice include toxic tort, products liability and personal injury litigation. She began her legal career as a personal injury defense attorney and tried several cases to jury verdict in the City of St. Louis. Since 1988, Diane has passionately represented people who have been injured by exposure to toxic substance in the work place. Prior to joining Simon Passanante in 2006, Mrs. Andrew practiced law at Baron & Budd, P.C.’s satellite Glen Carbon, Illinois office.
Diane is licensed to practice law in the states of Missouri and Illinois. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, the Illinois State Bar Association, the St. Louis County Bar Association, and Trial Lawyers for Public Justice.
