Rachel L. Roman

Rachel Roman received her law degree from Saint Louis University in 2006 and is licensed to practice law in the states of Missouri and Illinois and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. During law school, Rachel earned a Certificate in Health Law and was a Lead Editor for the Journal of Health Law.
She also worked as a law clerk for Simon Passanante, P.C. for nearly 2 years, as well as an extern for the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Missouri in the Healthcare Fraud and Abuse division.
Prior to law school, Rachel earned her undergraduate degree in Nursing from Loyola University-Chicago in 2001. She practiced as an emergency room registered nurse for 2 years in Chicago.
Rachel concentrates her practice on personal injury and wrongful death litigation, including medical malpractice, product liability and premises liability. She is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Illinois Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the American Association of Justice, Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, The American Association of Nurse Attorneys, and the Women’s Lawyers Association of Greater St. Louis.
